I’m not a baker. Not really, at least. But it was the end of the school year, and we were having a special function for it, and I decided to find something that looked easy. I found these cookies on Pinterest, and thought they seemed doable. As it turns out, the things are irresistible! They’re bite-sized, which is a bit of a problem. Mostly because it makes you feel like it’s okay to eat as many as you want at a time. They’re nice and chewy too.
Now, I make these yearly. I put them into tins for family and friends at Christmas. They’ve become a tradition all in their own for me.
